About
Adam is a Dora-Nominated Canadian theatre artist known for his writing and performance, as well as one of the country's most sought-after puppeteers.
He is best known for his solo shows, including THE FAMILY CROW: A Murder Mystery, BAKER'S DOZEN: 12 Angry Puppets, and his family musical Emilio's A Million Chameleons. These acclaimed productions have toured North America, earning countless awards and accolades.
Beyond his own creations, Adam has worked with companies such as Neptune Theatre Halifax, Tarragon Theatre, Young People's Theatre, the Victoria Playhouse, Sudbury Theatre Centre, Drayton Entertainment, Mad Science Productions (including Star Trek Live! at Kennedy Space Center), the first Canadian cast of Avenue Q, and Walt Disney World Entertainment.
A graduate of the University of Waterloo, Adam holds honours degrees in Arts and Business, and Theatre and Performance. He has also received advanced training from New York University in MA level vocal performance. Adam has been an Artist in Residence with The Puppetsmithery in Australia, Tarragon Theatre, and Ontario Culture Days. He spent three seasons as the Assistant Artistic Director of Victoria Playhouse Petrolia. Adam is currently starring as Olaf in the first Canadian company of Disney's Frozen. He also appears as Fuzz the hamster on the Canadian Screen Award-winning The Fabulous Show with Fay & Fluffy on Family Jr., where he is both a performer and writer.
